50 IBM data card size 10 mil heat activated laminating pouches 2-5/16 x 3-1/4-inch with opaque WHITE finish one side and clear glossy finish other side. Colored side laminating pouches provide a great way to departmentalize by creating color coded proximity cards and ID badges where the colored border around the card stands out and can easily be seen. 10 mils thick per flap provides additional protection, durability & rigidity. LAM-IT-ALL laminating pouches have small radius rounded corners for a professional finish. 2.328 x 3.25-inch laminating sleeves are metric size 59mm X 83mm and 250 microns thick per flap. Our laminating pouches provide additional value in polyester plastic laminating film with heat activated adhesive compatible in all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 10 mil laminating pouches. Package includes at least 1 silicone coated reusable laminating carrier for laminators that require them. Card size recommended for these laminating pouches is up to 2-1/16 x 3-inch (or less) to provide a 1/8-inch colored border of laminate around all sides of card. TIPS: Industry standard specification for 10 mil laminating pouches is 10 mils on each flap for a total of 20 mils added to your paper sheet. 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). Laminating pouches are sealed on only one edge and open on the other three (like a folder). Some pouch laminators are capable of no more than 5 mil pouches (10 mil total pouch thickness). If you don’t know your laminating machine’s capabilities, the rule of thumb is machines with either variable speed or adjustable temperature are likely to seal 7 and 10 mil laminating pouches.
