I purchased this item about 5 years ago at Nayuta in Koenji and wore it a few times a season.
The hem can be tightened.
The size is listed as S, but it's quite roomy.
I usually wear a Japanese size L, and it fits comfortably even over a thick knit sweater.
The boa lining is only on the hood, so it doesn't make you look bulky.

There are some loose threads in the quilted part from the time of purchase (Photos 3-6).
There is a chip on the hem hardware, but it functions without any problems.
The zipper opens and closes without any issues.
